Rising hiphop artist, XYTHGRT (xaythegreat), chose the ladder. His new banger "Mudd" is a testament to his heart, grind, and motivation! The popular term "Getting it out the mud" refers to whipping cocaine, but also can be used to describe the art of making something from nothing. "Mudd" is a standout single from XYTHGRT's upcoming mixtape "Splash Brothers" along w/ rapper XayDewayne. #ThaOverachievers

"Growing up in Memphis, XYTHGRT was influenced by local Memphis rappers such as Yo Gotti,Three Six Mafia, Young Dolph, 8Ball & MJG. Xay's first break came when he collaborated with his brother XayDewayne on their now 'Soundcloud-Famous' song "Salsa", which garnered 1.7 million listens on the website. After garnering a significant following in Memphis and performing live shows after releasing his first collab mixtape "Headed to the Top" with his brother XayDewayne. Xay left Memphis & went to Atlanta to take advantage of connections he had made here previously and become fully invested in making music as his livelihood. XYTHGRT plans to release his second highly anticipated conglomerate mixtape with XayDewayne titled "Splash Brothers" this summer 2017 hosted by Southern Smoke DJ, DJSmallz."
