Is Mari Baby the true king of New York? His music seems to be making a lot of noise in Queens! 

Mari baby is a rising New York artist born and raised in Queens. Even though he claims New York heavily he will never forget his roots. Mari is Jamaican and Cuban. His cultural influence helped shape who he is in the music world today. Even though Mari has a ton of cultural influences being that he lives in the birthplace of Hip Hop, Mari believes his true influence for his music was solely himself. With that being said, Mari enjoyed artists from the 80s and 90s era such as Jay Z, Kid and Play and so on. Those artists helped push Mari to begin pursuing his passion within the music industry.

Mari has recently released a new single titled “Water” and received over 10,000 streams thus far. Although streams are highly sought after Mari tends to shift his focus to assisting other musicians within the field. Mari has yet to hit the stage to perform any of his new content, but believes he will be performing on a few live streaming performances in the near future. Realizing how costly these music ventures are Mari recently focused on setting up his own home studio.
